💜 Psoriasis Awareness Month 💜

This Psoriasis Awareness Month, LSRcare is helping to shine a light on a condition that affects millions of people worldwide.

Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition that causes skin cells to build up more quickly than normal, leading to red, inflamed patches of skin covered with silvery scales. Symptoms can vary from person to person and may include itching, discomfort, pain, and cracking of the skin.

Although psoriasis is visible, it's important to remember that it is not contagious. For many people, the condition can also have a significant impact on their emotional wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

At LSRcare, we believe that understanding health conditions is an important step towards creating more compassionate, inclusive communities. By raising awareness and challenging common misconceptions, we can all play a part in reducing stigma and supporting those living with psoriasis.
