Our first Enchanted Fairy Forest Walk was FULLY BOOKED, so we’ve listened to all the little fairies, adventurers and parents who couldn’t get a place and we’re releasing a SECOND DATE! 💫

📍 Meet at The Savvy Herbalist Apothecary

Calling all the children who missed out on our first adventure! This time we need:

🧚‍♀️ Fairy Door Hunters – can you discover the secret fairy doors hidden amongst the trees?
🐉 Dragon Hunters – are you brave enough to search the enchanted forest for signs of dragons?

Each child will be accompanied by an adult as we head off together into the enchanted forest for a magical morning of exploring, searching and imagination. 🌿🧚‍♀️🐉

And when we return to the Apothecary, the adventure doesn’t end! 🎨✨

We’ll settle down for some magical colouring-in and creative fun, before every little adventurer receives their very own official certificate to prove they are now an:

🌻 A little sunshine, right when I needed it🌻

Yesterday, one of my lovely one-to-one patients, came in to collect her prescription and completely surprised me with the most beautiful, HUGE bunch of sunflowers! 💛

Sunflowers have always been my absolute favourite flowers. There is just something about them that instantly lifts your spirits. They bring warmth, joy, hope and a little bit of sunshine wherever they are placed. ☀️

And these flowers reminded me of why I do what I do.

To know that something I have shared, something I have created, or simply the space I have held for someone has made a difference to their life that feeling is priceless.

I often think that if I can be a little bit of sunshine in somebody else's life, helping them find their way back to themselves, feel brighter, stronger and more hopeful, then I am exactly where I'm meant to be. 🌻

And I love the symbolism of sunflowers. I don't think they should ever be alone. They should always come in pairs. 🌻🌻 Because when the sun goes down and there is no sunlight left to follow, they have each other. They turn towards one another and keep each other company until the sun rises again 🧡

What a beautiful reminder that we aren't meant to shine alone.

We can share our light.
We can lift each other up.
We can help one another shine. ✨

Thank you so much,. Your beautiful sunflowers didn't just brighten my shop they absolutely made my day. 💛

And they reminded me that sometimes, without even realising it, we can be somebody else's sunshine. ☀️🌻

This morning we gathered for another beautiful Meditation on Twin Hearts session here at The Savvy Herbalist Apothecary in the Olde Watermill Shopping Village, Barton-le-Clay.

It was a truly calming hour of stillness, connection and gentle healing. 💚

But what is Pranic Healing?

Pranic Healing is a gentle, non-touch energy healing system that works with the body's natural energy, or "prana" (also known as life force). It is based on the idea that by cleansing and balancing our energy, we can support our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

Meditation on Twin Hearts is a guided meditation that focuses on opening the heart and crown energy centres, encouraging peace, compassion and loving-kindness for ourselves and others. Many people experience: ✨ Reduced stress and anxiety ✨ Greater mental clarity ✨ Emotional balance ✨ A deeper sense of inner peace ✨ Improved overall wellbeing

Whether you're completely new to meditation or already have a regular practice, everyone is welcome.

In collaboration with GB Kitchens, this interactive workshop combines herbal wisdom with delicious seasonal recipes, showing you how simple ingredients can nourish the body naturally.

Live Demonstrations

Together we'll prepare and taste:

- Edamame Green Goddess Dip – a vibrant, protein-rich alternative to traditional hummus.
