Ahead of tomorrows water theme sound bath, I thought we could take a couple of minutes to close our eyes and imagine it’s a cosy rainy day by listening to these two lovely instruments being played together ✨

Reset and pause to end your working week with a 75 min Friday water themed sound bath. The sound of water is scientifically to calm our nervous system in one of the best ways, this teamed with the powerful frequency and sounds of the bowls and instruments will leave you feel calm and at ease.

Come along to Friday 16th Oct water themed sound bath at 7 - 8.15pm at Tilehouse Street Baptist Church Hall, Hitchin (£18) and allow yourself some time to regulate your nervous system and unwind. This water theme sound bath was so popular last time! ✨

Whether you are new or have come to a sound bath before it doesn’t matter, this is so beneficial to everyone and acknowledging that you deserve this time to rest and take for yourself, is so important for our nervous system, our mind and our body.

The spaces for these wonderful sessions soon fill up so book your spot when you can!

I will be using Tibetan and crystal bowls as well as other instruments to work in the chakras throughout your body.

You don’t need experience. Just bring yourself, knowing that nothing is expected or required of you in that moment, but just to rest, relax and let the sound, vibrations and frequencies do their magic.

I can’t wait to hold this space for you.

Book via the link in my instagram bio or message me. ✨

A little bit of honesty about me, and one of the reasons why I started teaching meditation and offering sound healing to others.

I hope I can help more of you every week that I deliver these wonderful sessions ✨
