The event begins with a 30-minute pre-meditation relaxation and grounding allowing the nervous system and mind to settle before the journey begins.

This is followed by a 1.5-hour fully immersive hypnotic experience, where participants lie comfortably and are guided through a deeply intentional soundscape and subconscious journey. Created through my own deep reflection and work on the human condition l, the power of our subconscious beliefs and the true power that can return to us when we address the most ingrained of them all. This shamanic journey allows you to experience the benefits of that process — expanding consciousness, awareness, and insight into your true position, potential, and possibilities.

This is followed by a 1.5-hour fully immersive hypnotic experience, where participants lie comfortably and are guided through a deeply intentional soundscape and subconscious journey, with added Rife resonant frequency healing.

After the experience, there is an additional 30 minutes to an hour dedicated to discussion and integration, offering space to talk about what was felt, what was recognised, and what arose during the session. This integration time helps anchor the experience and bring clarity to individual insights.
