I really hate to bring this up but over the last few years my small business has been impacted by no shows or late cancellations.
Don’t get me wrong I get emergencies happen and so does sickness but this is more for the no shows or the ones that cancel through the app with no explanation.
So here is a reminder of my cancellation policy….
50% of the treatment price will be charged if you either do not show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
On my booking app you have to enter your card details to confirm your appointment for this reason.
If you need to cancel with short notice please message me explaining the reason and then I can always override the cancellation policy especially if we reschedule.
