My top 5 recommendations for you in 2024 are to:
1. Eat nuts and seeds every day – they can cut risk of cancer and heart disease by a fifth.
2. Take 1-2g vitamin C daily – it lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, reduces length and severity of infections, keeps skin supple and improves energy and mood – what’s not to like? Even better if combined with zinc and other synergistic nutrients like in my ImmuneC.
3. Keep your vitamin D level up. Supplement during the winter, ideally with a high strength formula. Vitamin D is vital for a whole host of health issues. Go for D3, not D2.
