What do all these women have in common? 🤍

They stopped letting the fear of what other people might think make decisions for them.

They stopped overthinking.
They stopped putting what THEY wanted on the back burner.
And they found the courage to go for it. ✨

Because here’s the thing…

You don’t need anyone else’s permission to express yourself.

You don’t have to justify why a tattoo means something to you.
You don’t have to wait until you feel 100% fearless.
And you certainly don’t have to live your life trying to keep everyone else happy.

Sometimes, it’s about doing that one thing you’ve been thinking about for months (or even years!) and finally saying…

My first cherub tattoo 🪽🤍

And this one was extra special!
Created to represent her two baby girls and I just love that this is a different take on birth flowers - rather than simply having the flowers in a bouquet design.

And she’d actually been waiting until she’d finished breastfeeding before getting tattooed, so this had been a long time coming!

And was it worth the wait? Absolutely. 🥹

I loved working on the fine details of this piece, and I’m definitely ready for more cherubs! 🪽

Friends that tattoo together… make special kind of memories together. 🥰🤍

What was initially a bit of a “shall we, shan’t we… are you joking?!” group chat message somehow became the most wonderful shared memory.

What a brilliant afternoon with these three lovely ladies, celebrating a very special 50th birthday in full swing! 🎉

Two of them were having their very first tattoo experience - and what a way to do it! They brought the chocolate, the alcohol-free Prosecco, the belly giggles and ALL the good vibes. 🍫🥂😂

Three little tattoos, a whole lot of laughter, and a memory they’ll carry with them forever.

Sometimes the best souvenirs are the ones you wear on your skin. 🤍

He used to call her Raspberry, and six years ago she started planning this tattoo after losing him.

But for one reason or another, it just never happened.

Wrong time.
Wrong artist.
Just… never quite right.

And then she found me. 🤍

I’m honestly so honoured she trusted me with something that carries this much meaning.

We’ve still got another branch to add, you can see the stencil left in place, so this is very much a work in progress.

And we added his initials discreetly to her wrist too. Something small that means everything.

I already love where this is going and I cannot wait to finish it. 🥰

I’m 41, still learning, still figuring things out and still trying to find my place in this huge tattoo industry.

I had no idea when I started at 40 that I’d love it quite this much.

still learning.
still developing.
still finding my style.
still building something that feels like me.

and honestly, I think that might be my favourite part of it.
