A very special Penguin. Stories like this warm my heart 🥰
I made this Penguin last year, customised with an "I love you" sign language symbol.
The sculpture was part of a treasure hunt trail set up by Derrick as a surprise for his then-girlfriend. The penguin was the last clue, and once she found it, he proposed. She said YES!

This is Walter, a little Bedlington Terrier sculpture I made several years ago. His owner lives locally, so he popped back to me for a bit of TLC. A gentle scrub with a little warm, soapy water will remove any dirt and algae growth. I then re-treated the wood with a preservative and once dry, a good coat of oil.
