Laser hair removal is a process, and knowing what to expect before and after each session makes your journey so much easier. From preparing your skin beforehand to caring for it afterwards, a few simple steps ensure you get the absolute best results. 🤍

The Essentials:

✔️ On average, 6 to 12 sessions are required for best results.

✔️ Very little downtime, but avoid exercise and heavy sweating for 24 hours post-treatment.

✔️ Treated hairs naturally shed over 1 to 3 weeks—it’s not an instant silky-smooth effect immediately after leaving the clinic, but hair growth will gradually reduce over time.

Consultation First: A patch test and consultation are required before you start to assess your skin and hair growth—do not shave before your consultation! Afterwards, you can shave as much or as little as you like.

Sun & Tan Safety: Sun exposure, sunbeds, and fake tan must be avoided for a minimum of 2 weeks before and after treatment to keep your skin completely safe.

This colourful, concentrated tattoo has responded brilliantly to treatment, with a huge amount of ink already removed and just small remnants of ink left to go!

We’re proud to offer medical grade tri-wavelength laser technology, allowing us to safely target a wide range of tattoo colours, including some of the most stubborn shades such as blue and green.

We know lots of our clients pause or adapt their treatments during the summer months due to holidays and sun exposure, then come back to us in the cooler months to restart or top up their laser treatments.

Laser hair removal works by treating hairs during specific stages of their growth cycle. Because not all hairs are in the right stage at the same time, multiple sessions are needed to target as many follicles as possible.

If you stop your course early, some hair follicles won't have been treated during their active growth phase. Those hairs can continue to grow or become noticeable again over time, meaning your overall results are likely to be less effective than if you complete your recommended course.
