✨That's a wrap.. Retreat has finally closed its doors for the last time .. We are so PROUD ❤️ of what we've achieved in 15 years .. it's been immense.. and has wavy as the past few weeks have been for management & it's fantastic staff .. WE MOVE FORWARD.. You guys whom have supports us .. your just mega ❤️ & we look forward to looking forward .. 15 YEARS OF RETREAT... We are mega MEGA PROUD ❤️

Once again we're are unfortunately having to remind people of basic common curtesy's regarding cancellations & appointments.. its not rocket science...& beyond disappointing now..

This will be our last month of retreat .. do we really want to be left with "no shows" last minute cancellations.. not really .. do we want to take a deposit for our services .. that's not the salon we run ..we're grown women & expect certain standards ..not really .. do we expect time & grace when needing to cancel appointments...absolutely..do we understand that some situations are completely out of their control...absolutely..

We shouldn't have to remind people of basic common curtesy .. but here we are..

Please give has much notice as possible when cancellations appointments...no shows will be contacted directly by management..
