Debra Wain, Essential Therapies Self care is not self-indulgent, it is self-preservation I have over 20 years of experience as a Holistic Therapist and qualified to an ITEC Diploma level.

I offer a variety of holistic treatments, including Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head massage, back, neck and shoulder massage and facial massage. Treatments can vary from half hour - two hours, I am happy to offer combined treatments, for example reflexology and aromatherapy massage together as one package. Holistic therapies help to release muscle tension, aid blood and lymphatic circulation, along with calming the mind and balancing the bodies energy.
