Oh how I love A planning day with Kathy……. Today we indulged in our planning for the Element of Air Retreat day, Saturday the 9th March. In Gittisham, Nr Honiton.

We’ve started to create and design a range of masks that will be exclusive to Serendipity, that are handmade and 7 layers with carbon Filter!

I’m so proud of bringing an idea we had 3 years ago to fruition! We were going to be making these for the Hong Kong market a few years ago and then It got very politically challenging so we decided not, however now was the right time, we have over 20 spiritual and earth concious designs being drawn up by my aunt who is an artist as we speak so keep an eye to see some new and funky designs coming soon.....

It’s Mental Health week & really the whole reason Serendipity was created was to help people. Especially through times of Mental Health crisis.

I’m going to go Live at 10 ish to talk very Honestly about my journey with mental health & what I did & still do to recover from PTSD, Anxiety & Depression.
