We are expecting delivery of our vaccines in the next couple of weeks . Vaccinations will start from 1st October 2026.
NHS vaccination available for those in eligible groups and private vaccinations will also be available . We will put a notification out when the vaccines are in stock for those who want to prebook , however walk in patients will be welcome too.Please do not ring the pharmacy prior to this as we will not be taking bookings until we have received the stock.

📢 Bank Holiday Pharmacy Opening Hours

A number of community pharmacies have been commissioned by NHS Norfolk and Suffolk (NSICB) to open on the Bank Holiday Monday to ensure access to medicines and healthcare advice.

Please note that other pharmacies may also choose to open, so we recommend checking opening times before traveling.

Pharmacies are often extremely busy in the lead-up to Bank Holidays, so please remember to be patient, polite and treat pharmacy staff with the respect they deserve. They are doing their very best to ensure everyone receives the care, advice and medicines they need.

Vaccines in stock at the pharmacy . If you are eligible please book if you have received an invitation via the nhs booking site or if you fall into the other eligible category please call the pharmacy .

As well as affecting St Faiths dispensary it has had a knock non effect for pharmacies as well . If your prescription is not ready please do remember we have to wait for the prescriptions to be signed by a doctor. The surgery ask for three working days to process and we need a further two days to complete our processing and ordering . If we say we have not had a prescription for you from the doctor then there is nothing we can do .If it is urgent then you may need to chase it up with the GP practice not us.

Due to the transition to our new computer system, we are currently experiencing a backlog and are running behind with processing and dispensing prescriptions.

Our Promise: We are doing our absolute best to prepare your medication as quickly as possible.

Current Status: If your prescription is not yet ready, we will work to dispense it now, but you may experience a longer wait time than usual.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this upgrade.

As most of you are aware the GP surgery has had a new computer system . This has had a knock on effect on the pharmacy as it has temporarily changed the way we have to process prescriptions and we are receiving more calls requesting repeats while there are issues with the NHS app..It may take longer for us to receive prescriptions back from the practice so please can we remind you the surgery ask for THREE working days to process and we need a further TWO working days to complete. Further to this our wholesalers have reduced us to a once a day delivery during the extreme heat to protect the safety of their drivers and maintain the integrity of medicines being delivered. Please be kind and understanding and help by ensuring you order repeats with plenty of notice.
