Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Kids going back to school?
Back from holiday?
Annual leave ending?
Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

I’ve been thinking about this so much recently 😊
There literally is NEVER a right time for anything!
How much time do we waste waiting until we feel ‘ready’?!
Or the time is right!!
Maybe you just need to feel the fear and go for it 👏👏
I did this when I went on the rope course with my 6 year old granddaughter and boy did I feel elated afterwards 🤩
Nervous, scared and unsure but I did it!!

So this is a reminder….

Getting more active doesn't have to mean hours in the gym!

One of the things I love about Slimming World's physical activity support programme is that it's all about finding activities that fit into your everyday life. For me, that might be a walk around the block, spending time in the garden or getting out in the fresh air whenever I can.
The Slimming World app also includes fitness videos to fit all.

Those small moments soon add up and can make a huge difference to how you feel.
