I’ve never been to Kindred Sauna before - what do I do?

Sounds boring but definitely read your confirmation carefully/ it’s important you follow the instructions so you know how to park in the right place and get the most out of your visit!

Arrive 10 mins early so you can use the facilities and change.

We love explaining how to sauna so please ask if you have any questions

Don’t panic if you’ve forgotten a towel or shoes, we have spares!

Join artist & actress Nicky Herrington for an evening exploring journaling as a creative and healing practice. In Nicky’s words:

We’ll begin with a deeply relaxing 1-hour sauna session, before gathering in the Yoga Garden yurt for a soulful 1-hour workshop designed to help you begin your own journaling journey.
