Meet the Team - Ella / Sports Therapist.

Ella is a compassionate sports therapist with a First-Class Honours degree who is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what they love.

She takes a personalised approach to rehabilitation, supporting everyone from competitive athletes to those simply wanting to enjoy everyday life without pain.

A dedicated netball player herself, Ella has competed at National Premier League level and understands first-hand the challenges of injury and recovery. Her goal is to help every patient build confidence, resilience and long-term strength 💪

Meet the Team - Nicola / Sports Therapist.

Nicola is a passionate sports injury specialist with a particular interest in shoulder, neck and knee injuries, as well as concussion management.

With a First-Class degree and years of experience working with athletes of all levels, she creates personalised rehabilitation plans to help people recover, perform and move with confidence.

Outside the clinic, Nicola has an impressive martial arts background, holding a First Dan Black Belt in Karate and a Brown Belt in Muay Thai Kickboxing.

She’s proud to also support the next generation of athletes as Lead Sports Therapist for the Collyers Rugby Academy 💙

Meet the Team - Sam / Physiotherapist.

Sam is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a passion for helping people get back to doing what they love. Alongside his role at Horsham Sports Injury Clinic, he works with Sussex Cricket, bringing experience from elite sport into every patient’s rehabilitation journey.

With a holistic, exercise-based approach, Sam combines hands-on treatment with tailored rehab to help patients recover stronger and move with confidence.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find him playing competitive cricket or national league water polo 👏

With a First Class Honours degrees in both Sports Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation, Dayna is passionate about helping people move better and recover with confidence.

From elite athletes to everyday aches and pains, she takes a friendly, patient-centred approach and loves empowering clients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find Dayna watching women’s football or planning her next travel adventure 💙

Meet the Team - Cheryl / Founder.

Cheryl founded Horsham Sports Injury Clinic in 2014 with a passion for helping people move better and recover with confidence. With experience working in elite sport and a personal understanding of injury recovery, she now leads the clinic, supporting the team and ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.

In 2025, Cheryl also launched , creating a seamless journey from rehabilitation to long-term strength and movement.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her horse riding, running, or with her dog Jasper 💙
