Energetic Healing Therapies I offer energy based healing therapies (Integrated Healing, Kinergetics, Touch for Health & TMJ Reset When I was younger I found it very hard to read and write.

I am a 40 year old wife and mother who has benefited from Touch for Health. I struggled at school even with maths as I could not read the questions. People that can read and write without thinking about it don’t realise how much it affects your day to day life. For me going out for a meal was a problem I suffered many physical symptoms such as headaches, and dry throat because I knew I would have

to read the menu.
​I was introduced to Touch for Health by a friend and following a number of treatments (known as balances) and after following a program of exercises my reading speed and understanding improved. I was so inspired that I learned Touch for Health for myself, and now aim to offer its benefits to others.
​After my initial training in Touch for Health I have trained in Kinergitics, Integrated healing and TMJ Reset all of which I use as appropriate.
