I remember this test like it was yesterday 💚
Photo 1 the day they visited me😢
Photo 2 less than a week later 😲
It was the first test that made me stop and say
"Wow! I can actually change lives with this and help so many people, both adults and babies " 📢
And change lives is what I have done. ✅️
Eczema is NOT an allergy! ❌️
If you go to your GP and you don't have the terminology correct you will get absolutely no where.
Eczema is an Intolerance! ✔️
An allergy is an immune system response, often resulting in hives, anaphylaxis shock, swelling, closing of the airways, It will nearly always require a hospital visit and you may need an pen.🩸
An intolerance is a chemical response in your body, resulting in things like,
Gut problems (diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, pains, gas, wind, reflux, heartburn, indigestion)
Skin problems (Eczema, rashes , acne, dry skin, psoriasis, rosacea)
Lung problems ( mucus, catarrh, asthma, congestion, chronic cough,)
Headaches, migraine, brain fog, hair loss, weak nails. Water infections, cystitis,
Weight gain, unable to loose weight , weight loss.
Poor concentration, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness .🩹
GPs will only test for allergies, they don't test for intolerances..
You can test that you don't have an allergy to a certain food, but you will test that you have an intolerance to the exact samefood.
Why?
Because Allergies and Intolerances are totally different things.
Yes you have to avoid certain things with both allergies and intolerance, however, you should never reintroduce an allergy unless you are in a controlled environment with medical assistance and an Epi pen.
You can 100% reintroduce an intolerance, BUT, and thats a big BUT, you must do the work to heal your gut first.
So, let's get back to these photos
This little girl had been given cream after cream, emollient after emollient, steroid after steroid and she even had to wear a body bandage to stop her from itching and making her bleed.
Please listen when I tell you NO CREAM OR STEROID OR EMOLLIENT WILL EVER HEAL ECZEMA,
why?
Because, Eczema isn't a skin problem it's a gut problem.
If you constantly treat the skin then you will only ever treat the symptom.
You need to get to the cause...
Cut out what's causing it
Heal the gut
Introduce WHOLEFOOD vitamins if needed ( not synthetic crap bought from.most places)
Introduce a good probiotic, pre biotic if needed
Trust the process.
