The Sacred Heart Immersions

Monthly 7pm - 9pm Fridays

When undergoing long periods of stress, trauma and or grief our vitality quickly and rapidly decreases directly impacting our health. Through meditative practices we ignite a restoration process. These newer 2 hour sessions are for you to come and rebuild prana (vital energy) and to experience a deep felt nourishment.

A heart focused session exploring practices that gently open and soothe the heart and move you towards those deep restful states that allow for nourishment and connection to be experienced.

Herbal tea will be served after and a small gift presented 🤍

Practice is suitable for all levels and will include:

Asana (remedial movements + postures)

Pranayama (conscious breathwork - suitable practices)

Mantra (simple chant, clear pronunciation, may be silent)

Meditation or Nīdra (guided)

Tea served after with time to connect
