Nobody talks about the part of healing where you lose your edge.

The drive drops. The fire goes quiet. And you’re left wondering if growth cost you your ambition.

It didn’t. You just haven’t found your new fuel yet.

When you realise the circle is an upward spiral and it only looks like you’re back in the same place from the wrong perspective

Visited a CrossFit competition this past weekend, and it brought up a lot of emotion

I few “I could have’s” (I used to compete back in the day)
Some comparisons, some grief, and plenty more

But then under all of that, was an everything is perfect moment
Nothing was “left behind” or “unfinished”

And if I want to integrate this into my life again I can

Plus now I’m 35, i can be a “masters athlete” 😏

Another beautiful reminder for me that there is only forwards, and everything is the spiritual path

Self responsibility is the cornerstone of personal development, “healing”, and really living freely

And I personally believe that when we take responsibility and take action, we create change
Then as we change and we learn to know, accept and love all parts of our selves and our experience
This ripples in aiding and inspiring other to do the same
