Schools are heading back, and it’s time to focus on you! If summer took over, you’re not on your own! Things happen; life happens. It’s about what you do now! Tonight, I kick off September in Kirkheaton. I’m at the community centre from 6pm. It’s a great group, so come and be with your people, all in it together!

I have just a few meetings open this week as I’m taking a much needed mini break with my son! Shelley and Holmfirth are open on Monday 24th August, and Lindley on Thursday is also open. All others are closed, including bank holiday Monday on the 31st. Everything back to normal after that, getting ready for fresh starts in September!

Summer doesn’t have to undo all of your efforts!! Step away from the “I’ll start again in September” attitude! If you stop and start, this is a diet mentality, and definitely something we want to come away from!! If you feel like you’ve been slipping, dust yourself and get to a meeting!
