Colour theory in permanent make up is a three part process consisting of the skin, the pigment and the technique.

Skin is so important and permanent make up because it contains chemicals which will change how the healed pigment is viewed in the skin.

Confidently being able to analyse a client skin and adjust the pigment accordingly so that the healed results will not only look fantastic but age perfectly too is a vital skill.

Permanent brows really do give you the effect of a facelift. It’s amazing what simple tweaks can do.

My client was sick of sparse, witty brows that refused to grow in any kind of pattern.

We decided together in a natural shape and technique that took into account her natural shape.

These will fade to a soft, sheer, natural brow.

Hello darling. These are the appointment dates for March. As you know, I’ve been incredibly busy with the permanent jewellery side of the business, which has taken us all over the world.

I’m now able to offer some PMU appointments here in Huddersfield and will be doing so every month to my wonderful colour boost clients to fit around the travels, but also to allow you time to plan your appointments.

Due to how busy I am, I am keeping all correspondence to email only- no phone calls, insta or Facebook DMs. It makes things more streamlined and means I can get back to your messages easier. If you’ve messaged on there, please resend to make sure I can get back to you as soon as possible.

Are you confused by colour theory and paralysed by pigments?

I remember not understanding the difference between organic and inorganic pigments and being completely frustrated when my client, who i was absolutely certain was warm skin toned, came back with grey brows and I just didn’t understand WHY!

Grasping colour theory and how different pigments behave in different skin tones changed my work immediately., and I’ve now helped more than 1000 people to understand how pigments heal in the skin.

These brows were from this morning. Such a lovely client who had wanted her brows changing for a while. She was frustrated with how straight they were and wanted a little more shape to them.

Just changing the fronts by a millimetre changed the whole look to them and also to her face.

We achieved this with a combination brow.

Thank you for trusting me. I know the outline is always a little bit hard to imagine, but the outcome is just lovely.

Mapping is one of the most important parts of brow creation.

It’s this part that allows us to get the perfect shape for YOUR face.

It’s your bone structure, eyes, nose, face shape and preferences for width that make the outline for your new brows.

We are going for symmetry. I know we say eyebrows are sisters not twins. Well I’m going for twins, as symmetrical as we can get. And that’s where mapping comes in.

I LOVE brow mapping, so much so I write a course about how I do it in 5 mins.
