What an amazing afternoon we have had with Alchemy Circle Soundbath ✨️

Today, our students and staff enjoyed a truly relaxing and restorative Sound Bath experience.
✨

Together, we embarked on a sound journey through the elements, allowing the soothing vibrations and calming tones to guide us into a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness.

The experience left us feeling grounded and relaxed. The amazing facilitators, Caroline and Julie guided us whilst highlighting the many benefits of sound baths, including reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of wellbeing.

We can't wait for next time!!
