Just to share with you because you’re the reason I do this role 🥰

Back home from celebrating my 30 years service award at the SlimmingWorld Oscars at the ICC in Birmingham last night. A fabulous night celebrating all awards and can’ t believe nearly half my life helping members achieve their weight loss dreams! It’s bloody hard work losing weight but I promise you it’s the easiest way you’ll ever do it, eating real food. Thanks to you all for being part of my journey as your SlimmingWorld consultant 🥰🥰

Chinese chicken and chips tonight. It’s a powder that you marinate the chicken in, 2.5 swips per tbsp. Didn’t use all that for my portion but counting that to be on the safe side. Absolutely gorgeous!

Dinner tonight, I don’t always cook a “ Sunday dinner “ but today in our plan Stuart wanted lamb shanks. Not my favourite meat but 13 minutes in the microwave and they were amazing!
However, he decided to buy these Yorkshire Puddings, what an eye opener, 6 swips each!! Lovely but have guided him back to Aunt Bessie’s 😂
Mashed potato free using beaten egg & milk from Healthy extra calcium choice ( no cheese needed today)
Peas, I love peas !!! ( not speed)
Total swips 8 for a lovely Sunday dinner.
( 2 swips each for lamb shank & 6 swips for Yorkshire pudding, I am still hurting from that one lol!! 😂😂)

Re found a recipe that I love, peanut chicken, love it or hate it? I love peanut butter!!
However, not made it since we can have 100 percent peanut butter as a healthy extra fats & oil choice. Carry on reading and make note that my original recipe calculated is now different.
Stuart hates peanut butter so this whole pan ( 4 portions is for me)
Calculated now at 4 portions, using x 4 healthy extras of peanut butter it is now 3 swips a portion, happy blooming days!! 😂😂
Rice is 3 and only half used @ 1.5.
Happy days!!
