Have you ever tried a Soundbath Meditation? We've been running them at the Spa for several years now and they are becoming really popular in the UK. So what exactly is a Soundbath? It's an immersion in beautiful sound vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can help clear blockages in the flow of your energy and harmonise and rebalance your body. Perfect for a deep sleep after.

We hold our Soundbaths in in our gorgeous Spa Thermal Rooms and Joanne uses a range of instruments including fully tuned Crystal bowls, gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to help you relax, release and let go of thoughts as you are transported into your inner being. The healing frequencies and vibrations can help remove any stress and tension and also boost your immune system. You may experience a profound sense of peace and well-being.

We run the Soundbaths twice a month and the next dates are Tuesday 23 June and Friday 26 June, 7.00pm-8.15pm.

Sound meditation may not be suitable if you:
• wear certain hearing aids
• have a pacemaker
• suffer from seizures

Not available for women who are pregnant.
