What is Reiki? Reiki is a safe, gentle holistic treatment system for balancing, healing & aiding harmony to various aspects of you as a person. Whether the need is in body, emotions, mind or just a stress relevant, it's a peaceful, calming treatment to aid your general well-being. Originating in Japan, it's pronounced 'Ray Kee' & roughly translated means 'universal life-force energy'. This life-force energy flows through every living thing - plants, animals, people & is present in everything around us. Reiki uses this natural energy in a positive, calming, soothing, gentle way, is non-intrusive & relaxing. It has been in use for 100's of years & used effectively the world over by 1000's of practitioners. As a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, it's a service I'm only too pleased to offer to those who feel they could benefit from it. Fees are normally by the hour with an introductory session offered at half price. Prices upon application.
