Why not take a break from the Christmas madness and indulge in a nourishing experience to release any stress or worry you might be carrying this season? (Says she who hasn’t even started Christmas shopping!)

My classes include movement, mantra, meditation, and breathwork.

In this class, we’ll focus on the kidneys and adrenal glands.

While we can intentionally eat well, sleep well, and exercise to keep our energy flowing, overworked adrenal glands (which produce adrenaline) can leave us feeling snappy and exhausted.

Did you know that without strong adrenal glands, the kidneys and heart can’t function properly?

This set is designed to help you rebalance and re-energize.

And because I’m feeling the love, I’m including a crystal bowl sound healing to seal in all the goodness. 🙏

Cacao Ceremony

Connecting with the spirit of Cacao, you’ll experience a beautiful Cacao Ceremony. She has a feminine energy that is gentle, loving, and kind, and she tends to work subtly with whomever she partners. Although a plant medicine, Cacao is not psychoactive, and she won’t take you anywhere you’re not ready to go!

On a physical level, drinking Cacao can help us form new neural pathways in our brains, releasing serotonin and dopamine, which can bring feelings of joy and bliss. 

It’s also full of beneficial minerals such as magnesium, copper, zinc, iron and B vitamins.

On an energetic level, Cacao helps to open the heart and release blocked emotions and stagnant energy.

This experience includes embodied movement to move and release stagnant emotions and energy from the body and a shamanic drum journey.

This beautiful heart-opening journey will help you feel more love, joy, compassion, creativity and connectedness. We complete this session with deep relaxation hands-on energy healing and channelled Light Language from Jacqui Cooper Reiki Master.
