Access to the pharmacy and health centre is a bit more tricky at the moment, but we want to reassure you, we are open as usual. The road access is closed while it's being resurfaced. Pedestrian access is around the side (right hand side looking at the photo), with the big red sign! The path is clear, wide and flat, so should be easily navigable for everyone.

DELIVERY UPDATE -Saturday 30th May

We have now received all outstanding deliveries, and are in the process of unpacking them all!

Thank you to our patients for being patient and understanding!

Big shout out to Honor and crew at the airport, for sorting it all out for us, and the couriers for running it down to us! Hugely appreciated ☺️

Your own GP is the best point of contact for health advice, even if you're on holiday in . If you need medication, your GP can arrange for an emergency supply to be sent to a local pharmacy.

DELIVERY UPDATE FRIDAY 29TH MAY
Unfortunately, when chasing where our delivery is today, we have been informed that we will NOT be receiving any deliveries via Skybus this evening. We appreciate that we have many patients waiting for urgent items, but sadly this is outside of our control. We only found out that we were not receiving a delivery when we rang to enquire, after hearing there had been disruption, so we did not have any notice of this. We are waiting to hear back from the airport as to whether anything will be delivered to us tomorrow, but we don't typically receive deliveries on Saturdays, since we are only open a very short period.
We will update if and when we hear more, but can only offer our apologies, and wait to hear from Skybus.

Bank Holiday Monday 🌞
Just a quick reminder that the pharmacy will be closed on bank holiday Monday.
We will be open again as usual on Tuesday.

We are transitioning to our new computer system - we have tried to minimise the impact to patients as much as possible, but appreciate that there have been a few bumps on the road!
The new system is paper free, which means that we no longer print prescriptions, so there will not be reorder sheets in your prescription bags any longer. This is to be more environmentally friendly.
Patients can reorder their prescriptions with the GP surgery, via the NHS app, or by writing down what they want on a piece of paper, with their name and address, and dropping it to the health centre in the normal way.
We appreciate that this may be a significant change for some patients, and the GP practice can print out reorder sheets for you if you need one.
Pharmacy currently cannot print any reorder sheets, since our printers are not working with the new system, so we cannot support further at this point.
