I suffered from debilitating endometriosis and decided that insttead of surgery I would experiment with nutrition and exercise to manage my symptoms. It was transformative, and that j

ourney made me rethink everything, including how I eat, what I buy and where it comes from. I have fallen back in love with cooking and moved from London to Hungerford and couldn’t find the the same shopping experience. I thought, hang on, why not open the shop I want to shop in myself thats accessible to all, health- conscious, sustainable and genuinely helpful for people’s everyday lives. So that’s what I am hopefully bring to you here in Berkshire. I am not sanctimonious about food, I just believe that by adding just a few good ingredients into your diet, it can make a huge difference to your health, one refill at a time.

They’re finally ready - Fresh Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms are arriving at The Nuttery tomorrow (Tuesday) - we’ve already had huge demand for them.

We’ve only got a limited quantity coming in, so if you’ve been wanting to try them, don’t hang around, come by the shop.



Try something new…

Never tried Lion’s Mane or Oyster mushrooms before? This is your chance.

They’re packed with flavour, have completely different textures to everyday mushrooms and are surprisingly easy to cook.

Meaty, delicate and full of flavour, Lion’s Mane has a wonderfully substantial texture when cooked.

Try it pan-fried until golden and crispy, or add it to pasta, risotto, ramen or stir-fries.

Delicate, savoury and seriously versatile.

Oyster mushrooms are brilliant simply pan-fried, but they’re also perfect for stir-fries, noodles, pasta or anything that needs a little extra flavour and texture. These taste even better fresh from the garden.

There’s plenty more fresh produce arriving at The Nuttery each week too.

There are some lovely new arrivals in store this week too, so it’s always worth popping in to see what’s new. Including cold kombucha.

Karen’s favourite summer drink…

Hibiscus tea infused in sparkling water. Think of it as a refreshing daytime rosé… without the hangover!

We have a lovely range of loose leaf teas here at The Nuttery, but hibiscus is a fabulous to serve cold this time of year. Simply add a few petals to sparkling water it, let it cool, then pour it over ice for a deliciously refreshing summer drink.

We’d like to introduce our new store Manager, Karen!

Max sadly left us at the weekend, but you on are in safe hands as Karen brings her wealth of experience in retail and a passion for food and wellbeing. Ask her about her Nutella recipe and favourite drink!

She’ll be working here full time alongside the team and will also help with your click and collect orders.

Making refill shopping at The Nuttery even easier… we are delighted to now offer click and collect.

How it works:
1. Head to www.thenuttery.tillex.co.uk and you’ll find all our products
2. Click into the sections to find the products you want
3. At the top of the page you’ll see the option to choose a collection date - either the next day or later in the week/month
4. There are options to choose the amount you require for each product and the price
5. If you choose liquids you can choose to bring your own container (refilled at time of collection) or one of our reusable containers. All dried goods will be packed in paper bags

If you create your account you can also receive reward points - 1 point for every £1 spent. 100 points = £5 off your shop. This is much better than giant supermarkets!
