After a full investigation by the NMC regarding a complaint made against myself and my clinic, I am pleased to confirm that they are completely satisfied with all findings and the case will now be closed with no further action required.

As an NMC registered nurse, patient safety, professionalism and delivering the highest standard of care will always remain at the heart of everything I do. I will continue to provide safe, ethical and evidence-based treatments to all of my clients.

I want to say a huge heartfelt thank you to my family, friends and wonderful clients for the overwhelming support, kindness and encouragement shown throughout this time. Your messages, loyalty and belief in me have meant more than words can say.

To the person who made an anonymous complaint claiming I am not a nurse or that my clients do not receive legitimate prescriptions… let’s clear this up professionally.

I am a fully qualified, Nursing and Midwifery Council registered nurse and have proudly been on the register for over 12 years. My registration can be verified using my unique PIN

Every client who requires prescription-only products receives them through the correct legal channels, from a registered nurse prescriber and a reputable pharmacy. Patient safety, professionalism, and ethical practice will always come first in my clinic.

If there are any genuine concerns, I would always encourage direct communication rather than anonymous accusations, as misunderstandings can easily be resolved through honest conversation.
