We offer a wide range of activities which are socially inclusive and free at the point of delivery. Networks of Wellbeing (NoW) is a long-standing Mental Health Charity based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Our service is person-centered, free at the point of delivery and open to people living or working in the NHS Grampian area. We provide exciting project activities and events for all - incl

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (Dementia)
Counselling (for adults and young people aged 11 and over)
Huntly Room to Run
Mindfulness workshops
Monthly Tea Parties
Peer Support
Relaxation and Dru Yoga
Get Fit to Walk
Community Outreach
Veterans Support

Our new premises offer Drop in support and, in winter, a warm space as well as a base for a range of activities either delivered in an online setting via Zoom or in a group setting (relaxation; peer support; and Veterans blether).
All of our work is Grant funded and donations towards our costs are much appreciated and gratefully received.
