🌿 Your body holds stress.

Even when your mind feels like it’s coping, the body often tells a different story — tight shoulders, headaches, fatigue, aches, or just feeling completely drained.

As a holistic therapist, I offer treatments including massage, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and Reiki.

Each treatment works with the body in a different way, but the intention is always the same — to help you relax, release tension, and allow your nervous system to settle.

Sometimes we don’t need to keep pushing through… we just need to slow down and give the body space to reset. 🌸

I had the pleasure of welcoming a few new clients — thank you so much for choosing me, it was lovely to have you in!

Just a wee update to say I’m now fully booked for the rest of this week 🤍 but I do still have some availability next week. I’ll pop up exact days and times a little later, but if you’d like to book in, you can do so through the app.
