Happy Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse and Venus Friday ❤️
Today’s energies are just beautiful, could be a little chaotic but if harnessed the right way this could be the changes you need !!
Today’s Full Moon falls in Pisces, a water sign which usually means emotions running deep (yep I am a Pisces so I know this well !!)
This moon can stir up some deep emotions and bring questions to the surface you she’s long been hiding from.
You can see this one of two ways, either just too much and continue to hide from it all or see it as a blessing 🥰
The quote I read this morning which hit home -
“You can’t get to your future while your past is still present”
This is so very true, we all have a tendency to either live in the past, not let go or continue to live in the self destructive cycles we have created.
It can be hard facing the emotions, feelings, situations and questions we have been denying but the only way to move forward is to face these.
Acknowledge resentments, hurts, find peace with the past, let go of blame and ultimately find forgiveness whether that’s for someone else or for yourself !!!
This full moon is the last one before we move in to Autumn so uses this time to close off the season ready to move in to the new one !!
Spend time journaling, meditating and showing yourself some love.
Be kind and gentle with yourself, feelings are natural and how you feel it’s important !!!
Top this off with the change that a Lunar eclipse can bring, the self love of Venus Friday and yuh have the perfect mix to create change ❤️

Hello beautiful souls, I hope you are all well !!
Happy New Leo Moon and Solar Eclipse 🧡
Leo is the moon of the heart, Leo is the fiery sign that rules your heart space, so today could go one of two ways (sorry) it could either be a day were we radiate fearlessly from the heart, feel liberated and fearless or as Leo is a sign that makes us take accountability for our lives and actions, everything that has brought you to this moment may come to the surface !!
Please don’t fret though as either way, whatever comes up for you can be utilised for good and positive change 🧡
This is the moon which will make you authentic and begin to speak your truth, this is the moon that will show your hearts desires.
So if the fearless you comes up then go with it and hold on to that version of you, (just make sure you don’t do anything to rash !!) and if the emotional you comes up then Leo is showing the areas you need to work on for the new you 🌙
Leo moons are also all about self care, fun, being playful and adventurous, so over the next few days make sure you get some self care time in and have fun with those around you !!
Life is too short to be serious all the time 🥰
Also remember today is a solar eclipse and one of the most power ones we have seen in a long time.
Eclipses are very powerful spiritual events and symbolise transformation, the contrast between light and dark, renewal and rebirth 🌙
Eclipses always serve as a reminder to confront those hidden shadows within and find the light of personal growth !!
So the Leo’s fiery heart energy plus the eclipses transformational energy could bring about high energy, emotions yet real change in your life 🧡
Roll with it go with the flow, don’t resist what is coming up, change is not always easy or pretty but it’s always worth it in the end, just show yourself love and compassion !!

Today is the day to manifest your dreams for the next 12 months, a day for bringing in your hearts desires, there a a few things you could do today to help you in that manifestation journey !!
🧡 Write a list of 8 things you truly want
🧡 Write a list of 8 beliefs that could be stopping you from achieving them
🧡 Spend a minimum of 8 minutes visualising the life of your dreams
🧡 Write a list of 8 things you are grateful for
🧡 Write a letter to your future self about all the things you have accomplished
🧡 Declutter at least 8 things from your home
🧡 Thank your home for 8 specific things
🧡 Write 8 qualities your future self has
🧡 Write 8 things that have gone right in your life or 8 time you have been proud of yourself
🧡 Make space in your home for something new
🧡 Say “Show me how good life can be” 8 times
🧡 Write down 8 signs that you are in the right path
🧡 Spend time in silence/meditation listening to your intuition
🧡 Make a list of actions you can take each day to achieve your goals
Now you don’t have to do all of these, it’s just a guide of somethings you can do, but do try to do 8 as this is the magic number.
And don’t worry if you don’t get them all done today, the gateway might be at its peak today but it is open until the 12th August !!!

Sometimes in life we can not always help the things that fill it, family worries, work deadlines and financial obligations etc.
However we can do those little things that may not get rid of those worries but can certainly help us manage the stress that comes along with them !!
So try and make a little time each day to do those things that help empty that bucket 🥰

Today’s moon is in Capricorn and it’s the turning point of the year moon (yep we are alway through the year !!)
This is the moon that is going to ask you where you are right now in life, it’s going to ask you to look long term about where you are and where you are going !!
It’s come along to help you wrap up the old to make way for the new, it’s going to shine a light on those things that are not serving you, what’s on your current path to help you get on the path you should be 🧡
Emotions could be high and raw as you are made to face the things you have been avoiding, struggling with or just not learning from !!
Use these emotions and feelings to help you see what needs to leave your life, they are signposts for what needs to just go 🧡
The sun is still in Cancer however so uses those energies of feeling protected, nurtured and loved while the deal with the harder emotions and situations !!

Happy summer solstice known also as Litha !!
Celebrated over the 20th and 21st of June 💛
Today is the longest day of the year and yes sorry to say it but it’s the time of the year where the days starts to get shorter.
Today is the day to focus on the energy the sun has been giving the earth, as over the last few months the sun has been giving life to nature all around us 🧡
Today is the day to get out in the sunshine and nature to give thanks for all the abundance around us, to soak up the energy of the sun and to use it’s rays to recharge our energies !!
It’s also a time to celebrate our personal potential and successes, light a fire and gather round with friends, have a barbecue.
Decorate your house with flowers, especially summer flowers like sunflowers, poppies and hydrangeas, these can be taken from your garden maybe 🌻
If you have an altar, use gold, yellow or orange ribbons, cloths and ornaments to decorate your sacred space.
Light a candle to give thanks to the the sun and the Earth for all the wonders they have given us over this period of abundance.
Eating seasonal fruits and vegetables, honey and ice cream is a great way to honour what nature has given us over the last few months.
Crystals that are perfect for this celebration are Emerald, Sunstone, Citrine, Amber and Yellow Topaz these are all crystals that represent nature, abundance and the light of the sun !!
If you can, tonight, get out and watch the sun set, enjoy connecting with the transition from day to night, from the light to the dark.
