And don't forget, if you are new to yoga, or perhaps not sure if it's for you, why not try a class for free? I offer free first class passes at Marchwood Village hall, and also at The Hotpod yoga Studio, so there is a daytime and evening option for you to choose from.

Back in the land of the living after a break. And back to lesson planning and practice for Pilates classes - I had lovely feedback from my class on Wednesday for this sequence so thought I'd share it. Circles was the theme ⭕
👉Pilates every Wednesday 8-9am @ Lymington Leisure Centre and 6:15-7:10pm @ The Studio Hythe.
