Keep an eye on any moles or marks using the ABCDE rule:
✔️ A – Asymmetry: uneven shape
✔️ B – Border: irregular or blurred edges
✔️ C – Colour: different shades or uneven colour
✔️ D – Diameter: larger than 6mm
✔️ E – Evolving: changing in size, shape, or colour
