Nobody talks about this part of running a business…
It’s exhausting.
Not just physically — mentally.
The stress.
The pressure.
The constant thinking about work, even when you’re supposed to switch off.
People see a business…
They don’t see the person behind it.
They don’t see the late nights, the missed time, the pressure of trying to keep everything going.
You’re expected to reply instantly.
Be perfect.
Keep everyone happy.
But you’re one person doing the job of ten.
And while you’re doing all that…
You’re still trying to be a parent, a partner, a friend.
There’s no switch off.
Some days you question everything.
Some days you’re running on empty.
But you still show up.
So just remember…
Behind every small business is a real person doing their best.

Be patient.
