📣 We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Deputy Team Leader to join our REACH team, working alongside Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) to support people with severe mental illness (SMI) to reach their goals.

💡 In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of clients, providing 1:1, recovery-focused support, while also mentoring and supporting colleagues within the team. You’ll help people develop their own plans, build confidence, and navigate the support available to them, making a real difference in their lives.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the health system and community settings as part of The Cellar Trust team.
