If you are struggling with anxiety, here is a simple tool that you can use to quickly gauge the severity of your anxiety symptoms. Knowing this can be a helpful start to making changes or getting the right help.

This tool is based on research - it is not a gimmick.

I know how difficult anxiety can be to manage and I am sharing this in case it is helpful to someone.

Hi there,

Here is a 12 minute video summarising the findings of a 75 year-long research project into what makes people happy. It shows that having good relationships with people we can really count on, can profoundly affect our health, wellbeing, our lifespan and even the extent to which are mind and memory decline over time. Sharing this in case it is a helpful reminder or a boost to make some changes. Take good care.

Open Day at Nine Springs Natural Health Centre in Yeovil this Saturday 1st June - 10.00am to 3.00pm
