Unfortunately, I am needing to take some time out from therapies to focus on family life. At present, I don't know how long this will be for. I will still be free to answer emails. All gift vouchers that will expire during this time, will be honoured once I return.

If you’ve been lucky enough to receive a treatment voucher, please remember that vouchers are valid for up to 12 weeks postnatal 👶🏻

To avoid missing out, we recommend getting your treatment booked in as soon as possible. Appointments can fill up quickly, and we’d hate for your voucher to expire before you’ve had the chance to enjoy your treatment. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

⏰ We very much appreciate that life with a newborn can be very full on and busy but please make sure you check your voucher and contact us to arrange your appointment within the expiry period.

We are taking a break. Lauren is away this weekend celebrating a beautiful friend's wedding, and Angela is off to Spain with the family!

Lauren will be back next week & will respond to enquiries in due course.

Angela will be back from Tuesday 4th August.

That's us all set up for our last day of treatments for 2025 and our last day working from this room.
It's a bittersweet feeling as this is where our journey began. However, we are very excited to have our own private space and hope it will be just as cosy as here has been.

We feel so grateful that we are about to start our 4th year as a wee business! Treating ladies in their pregnancy for the second time is the biggest privilege! I have loved treating Amy in both her pregnancies, hearing feedback like this is honestly the loveliest thing and we feel so lucky to be a wee part of your journey into motherhood! 🤰🏼

I am so grateful to have had another pregnancy supported by Lauren at HNT! My second pregnancy came with a lot of the ailments of my first - backache, heartburn, insomnia - and a few more thrown in for good measure. So I know straight away I had to go and see Lauren again!

Every visit to Lauren not only relieved my physical symptoms but felt like a catch up with an old friend. (An old friend that’s a qualified midwife which really helps.) Always good for a giggle and some heartfelt advice I can’t fault the service of HNT.

My last appointment came after a week of maybe 3/4 hours sleep a night and was followed by a 10 hour sleep!!! Anyone heavily pregnant with a toddler knows this is life changing. My continued lower back pain and heartburn was always relieved after and the added bonus of the oils to take home gave me a chance to take some time out. Lauren worked wonders on all of my pregnancy problems and I’m so grateful to her for the wealth of knowledge she shared.
But as previously mentioned my visits were worth so much more than seeing to my physical symptoms. Lauren is so easy to chat to and I felt my appointments were like a little therapy session/Q+A! (sorry Lauren 😂) I always left my appointments feeling so much lighter and in such good spirits. Lauren has a way of lifting you up and making you feel so proud of your pregnancy. I feel so genuinely lucky and grateful to have had her support in both my pregnancies and can’t wait to bring my baby in to meet her for my post-natal massage!

From January 5th we will be moving to our lovely new treatment room! ✨
We will no longer be working from the Leonardo Hotel, and are moving to 27 Moray Park Wynd, Inverness, IV2 7FZ
