This is what regular looks like.

She first came to me in January 2023. Four years in January, every 2 to 3 weeks, without fail.
That is not a treat. That is maintenance.

She worked that out herself: without this on a regular basis, she ends up with chronic pain. My job is to prevent that, and to help her function at her best, with quality of life.

She called it medicinal. I’ll take that.

(And yes, the typos are mine. That’s what happens when you manage 3 languages. Nobody can accuse me of using AI 😄)

I went to the cinema with a friend on Sunday, my day for myself and for what I love.

Phone in airplane mode and full focus on the experience. I love Spiderman.

There was a time I would have filled that Sunday. Someone would have needed an appointment or cover for an extra shift, and I’d have said yes before I checked whether I had anything left to give.

That’s what a group booking looks like from the inside. Your holiday house, your living room, your birthday — and in twenty minutes it’s a treatment room.

Up to 7 guests, one hour each, in one visit. £60 Swedish, £70 with Hot Stones, per guest. Towel hire from £30 — £30 for one person or a couple, £70 for up to 7 guests.

Holiday houses, team resets, birthdays, girls’ days and hen parties, across the Scottish Highlands. Exclusively for women and couples.

Every group booking is discussed first, and a 50% deposit holds the day.

This is how my ordinary day starts, before I touch or guide anyone.

Someone is trusting me with their body, their soul, their dreams, their challenges. So before I show up for you, I look after mine.

My nervous system regulated with my morning routine and until I arrive at the Gym, my phone is in Airplane mode.

None of this is glamorous. All of it is necessary and non-negotiable.

Because I cannot pour from an empty cup. Neither can you.

Whatever you are giving today, to your family, to your work, to your friends, ask yourself one thing: what did I put in my cup first?

It cannot be just tea or coffee. If you can’t think of anything else, I can help with that.
