Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid Training in Wick on 25th & 26th June 2024 at PulteneyProject Wick 9.30am to 5pm each day delivered by Linda Birnie. Book by contacting [email protected] or call 07936020795.
Learners need to attend both days. Course is offered at £89.65 per person for the two days, and includes tea/coffee. Participants will need to take along/purchase their own lunch.

This would be a good grounding for people supporting community events where the public might want to chat, as well as for support volunteers and staff regularly working with service users.

What a glorious morning to be in Knockbain woods with Mikeysline! We started with a few invitations of forest bathing and then I handed over to Linda from Thinking Space for some laughter yoga - your breath deepens when you laugh so more of those lovely phytoncides entering and supporting our bodies
