Cancellation Policy 🤍

My consultation is completely free, but my time is not.

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. However, I still have a room, products, and time set aside specifically for you.

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can make it difficult for me to fill that space.

Anyone visiting we recommend The Nook Stornoway, a great welcome by Karen, Mhari and the girls, great space to rent ( with a soft play area too) and food was gorgeous ###
