Tips for Harnessing the Energy Today
1. Set Clear, Heart-Centered Intentions: Write or visualize what aligns with your highest purpose. 
2. Meditate & Visualize: Especially at 8:08 (AM or PM), tune into higher frequencies and see your desires as already fulfilled.

The Summer Solstice arrives today, 21st June, bringing the brightest day of the year - a sacred time to pause, realign, and choose what you’re ready to let go of.

This isn’t just about sunshine.
It’s a turning point.

We’re halfway through the year. If old patterns, fears or beliefs are rising - it’s because they’re ready to be released.

Take a moment to get grounded, place your hand on your heart.

Ask yourself 3 simple questions:

What belief am I still holding that no longer feels true?

Ask yourself, is it even mine, if no, who am I holding this for?

Who would I be without it?

Write it down. Burn it (safely).

Imagine who you would become without this belief holding you back.

Find gratitude in the lessons, then write your new truth, set new intentions.

Let the fire of this Solstice remind you - you don’t need to carry what no longer belongs to the version of you you’re becoming.
