HYPNOTHERAPY TO STOP SMOKING

What a fantastic review to receive from Lesley, and one that I feel will resonate with many people.

After a lifetime of smoking and trying just about everything — patches, medication, willpower — she was still battling cravings and setbacks. Hypnotherapy was something she had considered for a while, but like many, there was that hesitation… “what if it doesn’t work?”

Fast forward, and she is now a non-smoker for the first time in her adult life.

This is something I see quite often — people trying multiple methods over the years, often with short-term success but long-term frustration. Hypnotherapy takes a different approach, working with the subconscious to remove the cravings rather than constantly fighting them.

If you’ve been thinking about stopping smoking but keep putting it off, maybe this is your sign to take that step.

What a wonderful review to begin the New Year with. I’m always grateful when clients take the time to share their experiences, especially when it involves supporting a young person through sleep issues, anxiety, and study pressures.

Helping teenagers feel calmer, sleep better, and regain confidence in their ability to focus and motivate themselves can make a huge difference — not just academically, but emotionally too. If you have health insurance—whether personally or through your employer—you could be eligible for reimbursement on hypnotherapy sessions.

Providers like HealthShield and Medicash may offer partial or full coverage for hypnotherapy, depending on your plan.

Even if you're with a different insurer, it’s worth checking with them to see if they cover hypnotherapy, even if only a percentage of the fee.

Take advantage of the benefits available to you and make your well-being a priority!
