☀️Friday Roundup☀️
How nice it has been to see the sun this week!
We have lots to talk about today so I am just going to crack on!

Highland Classic Motor Club were in on Monday with an absolutely stunning range of vehicles. It was such a treat to see them all lined up in our car park and we were truly grateful for the £500 cheque that they presented us with. Sadly there was a very low turnout of TOW clients/members (only three) but the drivers more than made up for it and we raised £170 of donations for teas, coffees and raffles.🥰

👏On Tuesday 2nd June we see the return of the Men's Wellbeing Group! We have been asked by many to bring this group back and although we don't have the capacity to provide bacon rolls at this time there will be many cakes and biccies to go round! We will look forward to welcoming everyone along at 11am!

😍Summer Raffle is on sale now! Tickets are only £1! We will have some great prizes, and if you would like to donate one then please let us know! Big thanks to those who have donated already!

A massive Happy 50th Birthday to you Nichola!!! We hope to royally spoil and embarrass you ALL DAY and look forward to a wee celebration with you on Friday!🎉🎉

I think you all know that Nichola isn't one for ringing her own bell or blowing her own trumpet and arguably, doesn't enjoy when others do it for her, but for those of you know her she is one of a kind. Hardworking, incredibly caring and has a completely unmatched dry wit and sense of humour 🤣
The Oxygen Works wouldnt be the place it is without her in it😍

We’re pleased to share that The Oxygen Works is introducing a new booking system which has been built from scratch with Geoff and his team at Farsight Digital Solutions.

For most clients, there will be very little change to your overall experience. One important update is that payments will now be taken at the time of booking, helping us to better link appointments and payments within the system. For new clients, initial information is able to be sent in a manner which will support understanding and accessibility.

To start, the new system will only be used for TOW based services, so some clients may still receive reminders through our previous Zanda system for certain appointments during this transition period.

While we have tested the new system offline as thoroughly as possible, some learning and additional staff training can only happen while the system is live. We would therefore really appreciate your patience and understanding as our team gets to grips with the new processes.

This change is an important step forward for The Oxygen Works. It will help improve our income reporting and management systems, while also acting as a foundation for future IT developments that will ultimately create an even better experience for our clients and community.

Did you miss the Classic Cars in town at the weekend? Well we have got a lovely selection of cars coming to see us at 2pm on Monday 25th May here at the centre on Burnett Road courtesy of Highland Classic Motor Club!
Some of you may remember that they very kindly gave us a donation of £500 back in March and they said they would return with all the cars!
We are really excited to welcome them back and would love to invite you all to come too! We will have plenty coffees, teas and biscuits all by donation on the day and would love to make this a mini fundraising event so please do tell your friends ands come along! 💙💛💙
