At Scotland Birth and Baby, I have the sacred honour of witnessing the strength, courage, and deep love that is born alongside every baby. Birth is more than a moment—it is a transformation, where a woman becomes a mother in the most powerful and beautiful way.

So many mothers enter the fourth trimester thinking something must be wrong with them—because no one told them what’s normal.

This season is raw, beautiful, messy, and completely life-altering.

Let this post be a gentle reminder:

You are not broken. You are healing. You are becoming.

✨ Your body, your emotions, your needs—they’re all valid.

✨ Your baby isn’t asking too much.

✨ You don’t have to do it alone.

Let’s bring light to what’s been kept quiet for too long.

Let’s honour postpartum as the sacred rite of passage it truly is. 🌸
