☕📦 Meet Nicole – our Team Leader with a love for iced caramel macchiatos and tracking parcels like it’s an Olympic sport!
When Nicole is not refreshing delivery updates every 12 minutes, earning that little thrill from an “your order has been dispatched” email, you will usually find Nicole out on a scenic walk (mentally starring in a music video), listening to country music, or deep into a true crime documentary—fully convinced the case could be solved before the detectives do. 🤠🔎
Recently stepping into the role of Team Leader, Nicole has quickly proven to be incredibly organised, forward-thinking, and proactive in everything Nicole does. Nicole cares deeply about how care is delivered and is passionate about making sure people receive the best possible support, always thinking ahead and looking for ways to improve.
With a mix of strong leadership, genuine compassion, and just the right amount of iced coffee and online shopping excitement… Nicole brings amazing energy to the team—and we are so lucky to have Nicole leading the way.

For many people, a friendly conversation and knowing someone is coming to see them can mean everything ✨

One piece of feedback that truly touched us was hearing from one of our clients was that they especially enjoyed the visits from our care team for the company and conversation, particularly on days when she had spent time alone 🏡💚

At RVH Support Services, we know that care is not just about practical support — it’s about companionship, laughter, reassurance, and making sure people feel seen, heard, and valued 🤝

A cup of tea, a chat, a familiar face at the door… sometimes those are the moments that brighten someone’s entire day ☀️

There’s something so grounding about stepping outside, switching off the noise, and just walking in nature. 🌿
For me, my favourite way to unwind is taking the dogs out. No pressure, no rush—just fresh air, wagging tails, and a chance to breathe and reset. Some of the best thinking (or not thinking at all) happens on those walks.
It’s a gentle reminder that sometimes the simplest things are exactly what we need. 🐾💚
