I personally cannot wait to sit in sacred circle and connect and drum with our tribe of wonderful women.

It's been a full on month since our pup joined our family and I've not drummed since 😱 I'm in need of a release! Some energy would be well received too 🔥 🌀

A little snippet of how we drum at our womens shamanic drum circles 👇🏻

We may begin following a Rhythm and beat but the purpose of shamanic drumming is to drop out of our heads into our hearts and be guided by our intuition while we find our own Rhythm. No experience or musical talent is required only an open mind and an open heart and a willingness to trust or learn to trust your own wisdom, your own Rhythm

Our womens circles don't just involve drumming, we also hold space for anything that comes up or needs to be released.

Our circles offer a space to share anything that needs to move that's been taking up space within us. How good does it feel to let go of that which weighs us down? or maybe you have some exciting news you can't wait to share. Whatever it is, the space can hold it 🙌🏻🩷

We offer a space where you can be heard without judgement, where you can arrive just as you are, no pretending to have your s**t together, no need to fix anything, no pressure, nothing expected of you..

The drum is a sacred ceremonial tool that can facilitate and support that release of whatever needs to move, the drum supports us through the process of moving energy, stress, tension and emotion if needed and expresses all that remains unsaid without the need to speak one word so there is no expectation or pressure to share either 💗✨

Some photos from our Summer solstice womens drum circle last Sunday, held in nature and held by nature 🌿

Celebrating the longest day and shortest night, honouring the light in and around us as the sun reaches it's highest point in the sky

The weather was perfect, the location was perfect, the energies were on point 👌🏻 time spent together as a community - priceless 🤗💗

We reflected on our achievements from the first half of the year and set the intentions for what we were ready to bring into our lives for the second half - We drummed and gave power to those intentions 🌀

We connected with the land, hugged trees and asked what nature needed from us -we drummed for what nature needed - hugs, honour, love, kindness and respect 💚

We created beautiful goddess flower crowns, shared what we were grateful for, opened our hearts, expressed our truths and our tears, we sang, we drummed, and held hands around the fire and shared the most magical evening ✨

Thank you to all that joined us.
