Starting Wednesday 9th September, 1.30-2.30pm

Held in my lovely summer house in Inverurie - a proper cosy, relaxed space. Max 3 babies so it stays small and personal.

This is a lovely, baby led class - so it’s relaxed and fits around however your little one is feeling that day.

Baby massage is brilliant for bonding, settling wind and tummy troubles, helping with sleep, and just giving you and baby some proper connected time together each week.

This week is Baby massage with Baby Bliss Massage

Come learn beautiful strokes that can help with bonding, colic, constipation, wind, teething, sleep… and so much more.

This is a small, intimate space, max 3 babies, so it never feels rushed. It’s baby-led, at your baby’s pace, and honestly as much about you as it is about them. A chance to meet other mums, have a real chat in a judgement-free space.

I also run family classes, so dads are welcome too, just let me know when you book.

This is a baby-led, intimate class with a max of just 3 babies, so it’s calm, unrushed, and tailored to your little one’s cues.

Baby Bliss Massage — New 6-Week Block

Baby massage is such a gorgeous way to bond with your little one, It can ease wind, colic, and trapped tummy troubles, support better sleep, and help your baby feel calm, safe, and loved. For parents, it’s just as good for you: lower stress, more confidence, and a lovely dose of connection with your baby through touch.

Starting Monday 24th August, choose from two class times:

Mondays, 9:45–10:45am
Tuesdays, 9:45–10:45am

Held in my cosy summer house in the garden, here in Inverurie. Each class is baby-led and wonderfully intimate, with just 3 babies per session. We spend about 30 minutes learning massage strokes together, then unwind with 30 minutes of juice, biscuits, and a proper catch-up with other parents.

£75 for the full 6-week block.

Max 3 babies per class, so it’s calm, unrushed and baby-led. No big groups, no pressure, just you, your little one, and a couple of other parents figuring it all out alongside you.

Baby massage is gorgeous for so many reasons, it can help with sleep, digestion and wind, it supports your baby’s development, and it’s a beautiful way to deepen that bond through touch.

Baby Bliss Massage is back from the 24th of August! 👶✨

Small groups, big benefits — max 3 babies per class, in Inverurie, in my summer house in the garden. There’s something lovely about a tiny circle of mums learning together in a space that feels like home.

🗓️ Monday 24th August, 10am — 3 spaces
🗓️ Tuesday 25th August, 10am — 3 spaces
🗓️ Tuesday 25th August, 11:30am — last space

Six weeks, £75. You’ll learn all the benefits of baby massage — better sleep, easier digestion, deeper bonding — while getting to know other mums going through it all with you.

And for something a little different — family sessions are back too. These are just for you (mum, dad, or both parents) and your baby, no one else in the room:

You’ll learn strokes for colic, constipation, digestion, sleep, and more, real tools, not just something pretty to watch once. All in my summer house in the garden, so it’s calm, cosy, and away from the world for an hour.
