✨️I had the great opportunity to facilitate Chakradance for the very first time at Dance Camp East UK’s Wellbeing Festival. 🎪

👣Dancing barefoot on the Earth, feeling her pulse beneath us, brought a deep sense of connection and grounding..a true homecoming to the body and soul. 🍃

I felt deeply held by nature and something far greater. The dance flowed through me as rooted, alive, and full of joy.. it was truly ecstatic!! 🌻

This is the heart of Inner Soul Revolution..where movement becomes a path home to self. 🌾💫

This moment will stay in my heart as a sacred beginning.. 🤍🙏🏾
